Clean utilities at GSK Biologicals
New validated clean piping
utilities and control system for Building 15.
Work included, 2 km process pipework for WFI, purified, pure steam, nitrogen, caustic, compressed air, drainage and vents plus drainage pipework for biowaste discharge; two mobile CIP stations and one fixed; Siemens S7 GAMP control system, SCADA and Achestra software package for remote monitoring and archiving of data.
Puretech was responsible for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, validation assistance and training plus
boroscope inspection and gamma X-RAY testing and assisted execution of IQ/OQ documentation.
